Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Once the order is placed and finalized we will begin to process your order.  In stock non embroidered items ship out within 1-2 business days and personalized or logo items ship out within 2-5 business days.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: As long as the item is not personalized or embroidered, if returned within 30 days we will refund the price of the items, not including shipping. Returns over $150 will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Q: Do you offer gift wrap?

A: We offer a free mini personalized gift message card with every order. Also we offer our Growing Cooks gift boxing as an add on as well.

Q:  Do you offer bulk large order discounts?

A:  Many items we are able to offer a bulk order discount for larger quantities, if you are in the need of a bulk order please contact us via email at info@growingcooks.com

Q: Are the aprons machine washable"

A: Yes, with the exception of the disposable aprons, they are machine washable. 

Q. Does my package that is shipped include pricing details on the invoice.

A: We do not include pricing details in the shipment, so if this is for gift giving purposes, no worries.  We do provide pricing confirmation at the completion of your order along with email.

Q: Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?

A: As long as the items have not been shipped or personalized yet, we will do our best to accommodate changes if needed.
