order will ship 7 business days or sooner from the date the
order is placed and paid for. Rush orders can be accommodated,
please call or email for details. This is a custom order and
returns will only be allowed for stitching mistakes or coat
defects. Chef coats come in white only.

Embroidered items are shipped out within 7 business days via Fed
Ex Service. Fed Ex Ground generally arrives 1-5 days after it
has been shipped depending upon how far the recipient is from
south FL. Fed Ex Express Saver will arrive in 3 days after it
has been shipped. Fed Ex 2 Day is guaranteed to arrive 2 days
after it has been shipped. 2 Day service does have a limited delivery
area, please
check here to confirm delivery date. We also offer Overnight/Express
Service, your order is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business
days, please see our shipping policy
for more information. We reserve the right to ship by another
method that provides the same level of service for example USPS
