What size cloth
apron should I get?
We have three standard sizes of aprons: toddler, kids, and youth. The
toddler is for ages 2 to about 5, the kids is for about ages 4 to 7,
and the youth is for about ages 8 to 12. If your child is a little tall
or short for his or her age, then adjust accordingly.
Will the cloth chef
hat fit my child?
Our cloth hats all have a long piece of velcro in the back to adjust
for any size head. The chef hats will fit all ages from 2 years up to
adult (although we do not recommend you purchase these hats for adults).
How long does embriodery
take?
Embroidery normally takes between 5 - 7 business days to be processed
and shipped.
How long will
it take for my items to be delivered?
We guaranty all in stock orders and non-embroidered orders will ship
within 2 business days of ordering (not counting the day it was ordered).
Using the default Fed Ex Home Delivery shipping method can take up to
5 business days to reach you. Thus most in stock non-embroidered items
will reach you in about 7 business days, this however is not guaranteed
as Fed Ex does not guaranty delivery of Ground Packages within 5 business
days. Any embroidered items will generally need an additional 5 business
days to be processed before they ship. Thus embroidered items will generally
ship within 5 business days after they are ordered. Plus an the time
it takes Fed Ex to get to you.
Do you offer expedited
shipping?
We currently offer Fed Ex Express Saver (3 day shipping), Fed Ex 2 Day
Shipping, and Overnight Shipping. Please note that we do need up to
2 business days to process in stock items and 5 business days for embroidery.
What is your return
policy?
We will generally take back any items that have been unused and when
packaged, unopened within 30 days of delivery. The price of the item
will be refunded to you, however you must pay to ship it to our facility
and we cannot refund your shipping from the original order.
Do you offer wholesale
pricing?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing, for businesses on our wholesale
website at www.growingcooks.net.
What are your customer
service hours?
We have customer service representatives answering phones and returning
emails from 9am - 5pm EST.
What days do you
ship/deliver?
We ship on all business days Monday through Friday with the exception
of national holidays. Delivery is made by Fed Ex on all business days
Monday through Friday with the exception of Home Delivery Service. Fed
Ex Home Delivery Service delivers on Tuesdays through Saturdays with
the exception of national holidays.
Do you offer quantity
discounts?
Some items do have quantity discounts, these are displayed on the pricing/ordering
pages of the website. We also run specials and coupons throughout the
year for discounts or free items on orders over a certain amount.
